We hand-pick our mangoes at the peak of maturity and use temperature-controlled packaging to ensure they reach your doorstep in perfect condition.
What is your shipping timeframe?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping takes 2-4 business days to maintain fruit integrity.
Can I return the fruit if it is damaged?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Are your mangoes organic?
We work with certified growers who follow sustainable and organic farming practices to ensure no harmful pesticides are used on our fruit.
How should I store my mangoes once they arrive?
If they are firm, keep them at room temperature until they soften. Once ripe, you can move them to the refrigerator to extend their shelf life for up to 5 days.
